ALOJAMIENTO FALSO!!!! ESTAFA

El pasado 5 de Julio de 2021 hice una reserva para este alojamiento. Recibí un correo de confirmación por parte de la aplicación de VRBO. Cuando llegue al alojamiento el día del check-in resulto que el alojamiento era de un particular que no sabia nada de la reserva y pudimos comprobar junto con la familia de la propietaria y el conserje de la urbanización que se le había usurpado la identidad a la propietaria para hacer uso de su vivienda a través de la web de VRBO.COM, (web donde obtuve, después de realizar un pago de 769,22 EUROS, código de reserva y código de la propiedad registrada). Fue un timo, no se como la web de reservas VRBO.COM no tiene controlado este tipo de actuaciones... Tras llamar con el departamento de atención al cliente, nos aseguraron de que nos reembolsarían el total de la reserva falsa (aun esperando) y nos relajaron en un hotel por una noche y nos aseguraron también que nos reembolsarían el dinero integro de esta... (aun esperando). La segunda noche de nuestro viaje la tuvimos que pagar nosotros y buscar nosotros..
