Pros: Great place - great penthouse. Everything exceeding expectations. Professional from first contact. Fully equiped apartment with modern furnitures - no compromises. What we appreciated the most was the spacious "palm garten terrace". Fantastic view from all rooms. We liked the privacy and separate sections for our two family companies. We will come be back next year.

Pros: We were two Danish couples + 2 infants who checked in at the apartment. From day 1 there was a feeling of being "home". All you need is taken care off, and with two seperate bathrooms, a great living room, king-size beds and a very modern kitchen you have all the space and comfort you need. Furthermore the pools located around the apartment, we're just as high standard as the rest!! For "golfers" this is paradise with +10 great courses within 10-15 min drive! For people who want to spend time walking in Marbellas old part of town or perhaps the beach with the many delicious cafees, this is definitely at house that's worth booking! We'll come back - no doubt!

Positiv:Professionelle Abwicklung.Helle und schöne Wohnung.Riesige Terrasse.Prinzipiell sehr gute Ausstattung.Top WiFi.Ruhige Lage mit tollem Fernblick.Tiefgaragenplatz.Tolle gepflegte Anlage mit Wachpersonal.Negativ :Matratzen und Kopfkissen sollten dringend erneuert werden. Nach ein paar Nächten unerträglich.Couch im Wohnbereich auch durchgesessen.Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht nicht an allen Stellen.Espressomaschine ist sozusagen am Ende.Apple TV wegen defekter Fernbedienicht brauchbar.In die Jahre gekommene Terrassenmöbel.Abflüsse der Duschen auf Grund eines automatisch arbeitenden Verschlusses kaum funktionsfähig. Diese Einsätze sollten mal erneuert werden.Fazit :Wenn mal etwas investiert würde, dann wäre es eine nahezu 100% Empfehlung, so leider nur 7 von 10 Punkten.

Seien Sie versichert, dass wir diese Anliegen mit dem Gastgeber besprechen werden, um sicherzustellen, dass die Terrassenmöbel und die Duschabläufe ordnungsgemäß gewartet werden.Ihre Anmerkungen zur Espressomaschine und zum Apple TV sind ebenfalls sehr geschätzt. Pros: Lejligheden havde alt, hvad man kan ønske sig inkl. den store og solrige terrasse. Alt i en minimalistisk stil præget af 'luksus'. Suverænt aircondition anlæg. Lejligheden ligger i ressorter, som er 'beskyttet og afskilt' fra det lokale miljø, så den lokale kultur kan man 'kun' betragte via udsigten eller møde, hvis man kører uden for resortet fx for at handle eller til stranden. Der er ingen handlemuligheder inden for gåafstand. Lejebil er en fordel. Vores ophold var kortvarigt og vi havde ikke forventet at skulle udforske området. Vi nød poolområderne og spa med panoramaudsigt. Mht. lejligheden kunne vi godt have brugt et par spanske tv-kanaler, der kunne vise sport. Vi kunne ikke finde Eurospor-kanalen.

Pros: Nous avons séjourné au sein de cet appartement en septembre 2014. Le bien correspond en tout point à l'annonce. Ce fut un séjour très agréable. Superbe appartement, chaleureux, décoration moderne, avec une vue magnifique, tout confort. Les propriétaires ont vraiment pensé à tout pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Il y avait peu de monde à la résidence, ce qui nous a permis de jouir pleinement des installations (piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport...). Le seul petit bémol est que la résidence est assez excentrée (pas de petit commerce à proximité) donc il faut prendre la voiture. Mais cela ne reste qu'un détail. Nous tenons à souligner le professionnalisme des propriétaires. Ils se sont montrés accueillants et disponibles. Un grand merci. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation...

Pros: Um apartamento excelente, bem equipado e muito agradável. O Resot é muito calmo, bonito, limpo e organizado. Tem ginásio, sala para massagem, jacuzzi, duas piscinas exteriores e uma interior, garagem e vigilância. Como a maioria dos apartamentos estão para venda, há uma liberdade muito grande, são pouquíssimas as pessoas dentro do resort. Saliento a simpatia e o diálogo com quem nos cruzamos. De ter em conta que é necessário ter carro, caso contrário não existe nada nas redondezas. O único senão é (ou foi?) a internet. No apartamento não estava disponível e nas áreas comuns só funcionava a espaços. Só posso recomendar.
