Noretta's House is a large loft completely renovated and furnished with all comforts. It is located in the historic center, Piazza Santa Lucia area, a few meters from the sea and a few steps from Ortigia. The structure is ideal for those who want to spend cultural, spiritual, balnerari holidays or simply to savor the excellent dishes of Sicilian cuisine.
The quiet area offers ample parking and is served by bars, tobacconists, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a small building and consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a mezzanine with a double bed. The sofa in the living room turns into a double bed.

Noretta House can indeed accommodate up to 4 guests, thanks to the presence of 1 double bed and a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed.

Having a great time in Siracusa!

Nice, clean, modern, everything you need, a little outside the old town (walking 20 min to Ortigia). The worst thing: no window going outside (only one that leads to another room outside the Apartment). Not suitable for claustrophobians...

The accomodation was very clean. Also the location pretty good as it is very close to Ortigia. Ortigia is a very nice place for tourists. Many people walking around and many restaurants. The improvement for the host is communication. In the beginning before we arrived was it hard to get in contact and to get all the information like the code of the key box. We got the information 1 day before arrival, so we found that quite late.
