Summary:
This top floor flat in a Victorian townhouse is well suited for small groups, families and couples. Sleeps up to 4 guests with two bedrooms, one of which is a double and one a twin. Both rooms share a bright bathroom with skylight over the shower. The flat is centrally located in Penzance and local amenities are all within easy walking distance. Situated on a beautifully mature, tree lined road that leads straight to the beach in only 5 minutes walk.
The Space:
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is equipped with everything you should need for your stay in Penzance. There is also a smart TV for nights in. You can enjoy a range of bars, cafes and restaurants. Several supermarkets are also within 5-10 minutes walk. Free parking available in the street right outside the property.
Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole flat and small front garden.
The Neighborhood:
The flat is part of townhouse in a leafy Victorian terrace. It is a quiet neighbourhood, but still centrally located so benefits from having shops, restaurants and attractions close by.
Getting Around:
Penzance benefits from very good travel connections with trains operated by Great Western Railway running right into the centre of town. There are also lots of buses running to other areas and attractions in Cornwall. So if you do not have a vehicle, it is easy to still enjoy your time here. For those that do have a car there is free parking on the street outside the flat.
Other Things to Note:
Guests with mobility issues should be aware this is a top floor flat, so requires climbing 2 flights of stairs to reach. This also means the ceiling is partially slanted in the bedrooms.
