Summary:
A bright and spacious ground floor flat in a Victorian townhouse, this space is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Sleeps up to 2 guests with a good sized double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large shower.

The Space:
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well-equipped with everything you should need for your stay. There is also a smart TV for nights in. The flat is centrally located in Penzance and local amenities are all within easy walking distance. Situated on a beautifully mature, tree lined road that leads straight to the beach in only 5 minutes walk. Jubilee Pool, an outdoor pool right on the seafront, is around 10 minutes walk. Free parking is available in the street outside the flat.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
The flat is part of townhouse in a leafy Victorian terrace. It is a quiet neighbourhood, but still centrally located so benefits from having shops, restaurants and attractions close by.

Getting Around:
Penzance benefits from very good travel connections with trains operated by Great Western Railway running right into the centre of town. There are also lots of buses running to other areas and attractions in Cornwall. So if you do not have a vehicle, it is easy to still enjoy your time here. For those that do have a car there is free parking on the street outside the flat.

Really glad to have found this flat. We had a lovely relaxing stay here, it catered to all of our needs, was clean and spacious. It was just right for the week. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants, and parks. Penzance is a lovely place, and the surrounding area is beautiful.

Hatten eine tolle Woche in Cornwall 👍 Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, zu Fuß keine 10min zum Meer, oder in die Innenstadt. Einziges Manko, die Möbel sind schon sehr abgewohnt

Great location

We enjoyed our six night stay it was close to restaurants and hotels so an easy walk in the evenings. Loved Penzance and its surrounds just so many amazing historical features at your fingertips so happy we stayed.
