Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash up , dry and put back where you found everything. There are extra tea towels in the cupboard underneath the sink .
Please ensure the windows are all shut.
Absolutely no need at all to strip the beds but please put any used towels in the bath .
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was really nice and quite place to relax. It will be much better if it had a something like a shelter in front of the bungalow.

Advertised for 4 people but definitely more suitable for family with 2 young children. Chalet was very small and only has one mirror in the main bedroom so with 2 older daughters getting ready to go out was a bit chaotic. Think the photos may have been taken some time ago as the property feels a bit tired and some of the issues mentioned in other reviews are still to be resolved. We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties so surprised this had such a high rating.

Peaceful getaway

The property was immaculate and can't fault anything. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a dog as theres lovely walks in the woodland, whilst being a short distance from St Ives.

Seagull Rest was a fantastic place to stay, clean, tidy & very well maintained.. Our host Tina insured we had everything we needed for our stay which was a very thoughtful touch & very appreciated. We would highly recommend Tina & her bungalows..

Cosy stay

All you need for a short break. Great to use to explore the St Ives area…. There’s a bus to all parts at the entrance. Didn’t use the entertainment on site but looked clean and tidy.

Very cozy

Tina’s home was tidy and cozy, just perfect for our little holiday. The holiday village was lovely, with playgrounds and various amenities. Convenient distance to wonderful beaches and restaurants. Tina was thoughtful and helpful, even left special treats for our children for Easter. We would stay again!

Fabulous

Thanks so much Tina, we had an absolutely fantastic 5 night break away at Seagull’s Rest. The property itself is really lovely, super cosy and was absolutely spotless. Lots of attention to detail and even a hamper of essentials was provided for the pooch. The woodland grounds are equally as nice, with lots of squirrels and birds right on the doorstep. It was so quiet and peaceful and was the perfect base for our travels around Cornwall. We couldn’t have booked anywhere better for what we needed. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Overall it was ok. If definitely was not a 10 rating. The WiFi was spotty. I tried to call the host and I could not hear her. There needs to be more instructions on how to work things like the shower, the heater, and the doors are horrible to unlock. Two keys to unlock the doors leading into the unit. The unit was clean. The beds were comfortable enough.

So peaceful

We had a lovely stay here, my husband myself and our dog. The bungalow was perfect for a short getaway very comfortable beds and everything you need for self catering if you wish. Tina had also supplied treats and a ball for our dog! The area is so beautiful- amongst trees with so many different birds and squirrels that came to our door, Lovely woodland walk on site, also used the little shop. A perfect little break at Seagulls rest which we enjoyed very much. Thank you.

Excellent property

We had a wonderful long weekend at Seagulls Rest. Tina was brilliant throughout with excellent communication & thoughtful touches at the property. The property itself was clean, bright, well presented & well maintained. The bed in the main room was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The park was peaceful. We did not get a chance to check out the facilities but I noticed a shop & restaurant and what seemed like a nice woodland trail for walks. Highly recommended & I will certainly be checking if this property is available again next time we visit family in the area.
