Stylish, comfortable and great location, this loft-style apartment offers families and couples a beautiful base from which to explore the west Cornwall coastline. Recently refurbished, the property has been carefully arranged and equipped to include a contemporary open plan living / dining area and kitchen as well as two gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms. Set just a short stroll back from the seafront, Newlyn’s harbour is easy to reach, as are its shops, restaurants, galleries and cafes.

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

5 Star Accommodation in Newyln

It was a delight to spend a week in this beautiful, well appointment accommodation. A perfect location to enjoy this part of Cornwall in our case without a car. Ideally situated between Mousehole and Penzance we were able to travel with the bus to St. Ives, Porthleven, Marizion, and St. Just. We highly recommend Sullivan's Loft.

Lovely place

The property is fantastic and in very good condition, it’s unfortunate that it does not have a parking facility and that the neighbours are not pleasant.

Exceeded our expectations

Beautifully-converted and well-appointed apartment in immaculate order with twin and double bedrooms. Superbly located close to the harbour with convenient access on foot to the centre of Newlyn with its food Co-op and various bus stops. We were very happy here for a week.

Nice & cosy loft - Highly recommended

A beautiful, lovingly furnished and well-equipped accommodation. The cleanliness was top. There was also a welcome snack. Also, the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the housekeeper was quick and easy. All in all, the property is highly recommended.

Newlyn

Very comfortable , quiet at night and well equipped great location to explore St Ives and Penzance, Mousehole. Easy walk to restaurants and a beautiful walk via promenade to Mousehole (1 hour). Parking was as advertised- and inconvenient but manageable. First rental we’ve stayed at where no shower soap was supplied. The primary suite needs a bathroom door! Reading the guest info book absolutely necessary or you’ll be searching for cutlery and clothes drying rack etc.

A lovely stay for a short break.

A great place to stay for a short break. Very convenient for that part of Cornwall and a stunning flat. My only issues would be the lack of parking. The place very close by are expensive and the cheap harbour pass places you a good walk from the property. The other thing is the lack of equipment and sundries in the kitchen. No scales, no spices, very Spartan. When you’re self catering for a week some essentials like this would make it a lot easier.

Lovely Stay Away

Lovely little 5 night trip away. Excellent property, looks exactly like the listing. Was so well decorated and had everything we needed in it. Great location for pottering around Newlyn, Mousehole and Penzance and easy to drive to other locations. Local car park was £20 for the week and a 10 min walk from the property (but can drop stuff off first before parking). Great trip and would recommend to others. The only issue we had was the en suite shower. Some days it was great, every other day it would just keep going scalding hot then freezing cold over and over so you had to keep jumping in and out the water as it flicked between the two temps.
