Large terrace is covered and there is a grill, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, a large 36 m² pool, 6 sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There are brick stairs in the pool for gradual entry into the water, adapted for children and non-swimmers.
In the courtyard of the house there are many sports attractions such as volleyball and basketball courts, a small golf course and table tennis.
4 large cars can park in a private fenced parking lot so you won't have to worry.
