About this property

An ocean breeze puts a mind at ease

The cutest little two Bedroom two Bath condo with an electric fireplace in the family room. The condo has been remodeled with 18" tile flooring, granite counters! It is always kept clean and up to date. A built in pantry and new cabinets throughout. This unit is on the second floor with a fantastic view of lush gardening. There are two pools, a cabana and a hot tub in the gardens and palm trees right out from our balcony. The ocean is just a short walk down a boardwalk. There is an obstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. The guest room has a double and a single bed. The master suite has a king bed and a private Bath. The kitchen has every thing you would need and a very nice pantry to put things away. The living area has two different walls with windows and has very nice natural light. The sofa is a sofa bed. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room. Flat screen televisions, a 55" in living area, blue ray player and wifi are available. This is a very comfortable condo. Perfect for spending time after a great time in the pools and beaches. There Two small pools right outside of our building a large pool just a short walk away and two other pools on site. A hot tub is just outside our building, basketball courts, putting greens, onsite resturant/ bar and many other things to do onsite. Kiva Dunes and Peninsula golf courses are very close.

The resort has a parking fee.
The cleaning service leaves one trash bag, 1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll paper towels and small bar soap in each bathroom.
This is a NON SMOKING unit. Complex is no dogs allowed

We had a great stay at Gulf Shores Plantation. Lynn and Sarah were wonderful and responded quickly. Premises was well kept and the pools and beach were uncrowded which was exactly what we were looking for during the pandemic. Would recommend!

The property was clean and well stocked. We ate out dinner so didn’t really cook. The kitchen is small but functional. We overlooked the interior of the property which was nicely landscaped and had just a short walk to the pool or beach. We were happy to not be in a high rise so it’s was quick getting in and out of the condo.

Paradise at a Budget-Friendly Price

My husband and I (along with our grandson and friend) recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo. We were pleased to find the property to be exactly as pictured--clean, stylishly decorated, well-equipped, and with easy beach access. We were also delightfully surprised to find such a spacious condo with a large balcony overlooking tropical landscaping which made us feel like we were in paradise! The owners, Dale and Lynn were super nice and helpful before and during our stay. The only problem we encountered was deciding whether we should go to the beach, swim in one of the many pools, play tennis, or relax and enjoy the view from the balcony. If you have children, this is the perfect spot. Our ten-year-old guys found so much to do at this resort that they never even asked to go to the waterpark! We will stay longer next time for sure!

Property Owner was very attentive to any questions or needs. Condo has had some renovations. Quick walk to the Gulf Coast! Beautiful, uncrowded beach and kids enjoyed swimming pools. Close to nature preserve, historical fort, and Tacky Jack's Restaurant. Great place for anyone who wants to get away from the crowd and enjoy the natural beauty of the Emerald Coast.

Enjoyable Stay at GSP

We have stayed at the Plantation many times but this was our first stay in this unit. The unit is in a good location to the pools and beach. The view from the balcony feels very resort like! The property is well maintained and accurately portrayed in the pictures. My only feedback would be to leave some empty cupboard space in the kitchen as there is no place to store food.

Everything was so nice and clean when we arrived. Super cute place and my kids loved the whole experience from watching cartoons in their bedroom to the easy access to pool and short walk to the beach. Only down fall is the lack of parking due to construction going on around building.

Perfect location

This is the perfect condo for a family beach vacation. It’s in a great location that is away from the gulf shores crowd but also close enough for shopping and dining. The condo has plenty of room and is very close to 2 of the 5 pools on the property. The beach is a short walk from the condo. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again!
