About this property

There are 2 houses with a wall between, like a twin house. 170 m2 in each house.
We have moderate prices.
Two big gardens, We have an own gardener coming to prepare our swimming pool and the garden 2 times a week.
There is a wonderful view to the Atlantic. You can sit on the terrace and look at the sunrise as well as the sunset,
These houses is really a paradise and is best situated in the South of Lanzarote in Playa Blanca.
If you let both villas - I give the 2.d villa to half the price.
May be you have big family or friends?

You can see the harbour and the ferry going to the next island Fuenteventora. You can see two different harbours and you can watch the big cruise ships coming in and out.

We have free Internet, and all English and Norwegian TV channels. We have DVD and CD records.

Arrivée catastrophique Le propriétaire nous a dit qu il n y avait pas de réservation sur Abritel Ensuite il nous a demandé des frais de ménage de lavage et d électricité comme on a refusé il nous a menacé de la police Personne a nous attendre nous avons dû passer par votre intermédiaire pour avoir quelqu’un On avait rendez-vous le lendemain pour l état des lieux nous sommes rentrés exprès personne n est venu Elle est venue la veille du départ et nous a dit que le chauffage de la piscine était en panne On a eu une piscine à 20 degrés durant le séjour Heureusement que nous avons eu 2 personnes de chez vous pour démêler le problème Pas de cafetière électrique comme annoncé Dans les équipements il est annoncé salle de fitness mais elle n est pas dans la villa En conclusion villa très bien placée mais l électricité n est pas terrible et surtout propriétaire très désagréable qui ne répond pas aux messages
