Additionally, the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are just a few minutes by car, providing the possibility of enjoying the sea and sand at any time.



The interior of Villa Vilar is decorated in a traditional and cosy manner, with comfortable rooms including air conditioning to ensure a restful night's sleep. The spacious and bright living-dining room opens onto a covered terrace that extends the living space outdoors, creating the perfect place to relax at any time of day while enjoying the impressive landscape surrounding the villa, including direct views of the pool. The living and dining area is equipped with comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace and television, creating a welcoming atmosphere for sharing family moments.



The traditional-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and features a spacious worktop to facilitate meal preparation.



The 3 bedrooms in Villa Vilar are decorated with fresh and tranquil tones, creating a relaxing atmosphere. They are distributed along the corridor, conveniently close to the entrance and living space. The villa has a double room with a double bed, a double room with two single beds and a single room. Guests of these rooms share the facilities of an independent bathroom, which is conveniently located for greater comfort.



Outdoors, Villa Vilar offers everything necessary to enjoy relaxing holidays. You can enjoy an outdoor space with a table and dining chairs in the shade, where you can savour a typical Spanish meal, prepared on the brick barbecue. The pool is surrounded by beautiful lawn gardens dotted with bushes and palm trees, creating a quiet and private environment ideal for sunbathing or cooling off during the hot summer afternoons.



With capacity to accommodate up to 5 people, Villa Vilar is the perfect option for those seeking a quiet getaway but close to the vibrant life of Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa.



Air conditioning is available free of charge throughout the villa, from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment during the hottest hours of the day.



Important information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
