It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double and a single, together sleeping three people and served by a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear patio area with table and chairs and plenty of public car parking spaces nearby. 18 George Street is a delightful base for that long awaited city break. City centre paid public parking nearby. Note: The rear garden wall is around 2.5ft high, care to be taken as this leads to steep bank of canal. Please also note that in keeping with the character of this property as per the pictures, there are four sandstone steps to access the property which approx 9 inches high, please do take care on these steps.
