Lovely apartment in unbeatable location in central Bologna. Many sights and restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and couldn’t have been more helpful. We’re looking to return!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Bologna. Location is absolutely perfect. Beds were comfortable, nice decor, washer was clean. I would absolutely recommend!!Communication was a little slow to respond, that's the only reason for 4 stars. When they did communicate they were incredibly helpful! So grateful for these accommodations!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location and unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and very charming. Only feedback might be some additional pillows and blankets.

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted. It was located in the middle of everything. The walk to the train station wasn’t long. We wanted to feel like we were living in Bologna and this apartment was gave us that and more. 100% satisfied.

Lovely place in Bologna

There were five of us who spent two weeks in Bologna and loved everything about it! We were two older couples and a twenty-one year old grandson and we had plenty of room. The apartment was great! Perfect location with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The management company was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here if we get to visit Bologna again!

La ubicación del departamento, es perfecta, estás a unos cuantos pasos, de la plaza central tienes buenos restaurantes y tiendas la zona es segura, la comunicación con Fabbio Admistrador es extraordinaria, lo único las regaderas, algo pequeñas y la calefacción sentíamos que no estaba funcionando bien en general, muy buen ‎departamento.

What a great location

This was a one of the best we’ve stayed in. Location almost on the main square and great pizza three meters across the street from the front door. Decor was so classic Italian with old photos and picture expertly spread out on the walls. It was a gem.
