Embark on an exciting stay at a vibrant first floor 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Kemptown with sea views, sleeping up to 8 guests. Its prime location allows you to immerse yourself in the dynamic atmosphere with easy access to the beach and amenities right on your doorstep, allowing you to fully experience the coastal beauty of Brighton. Guests can make use of the wifi and smart TV, allowing them to stream their favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The space

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a purpose built block.

Enter through the apartment door into the spacious hallway with the living room directly in front of you.

- All beds are made up for your arrival with all linen, bedding and towels provided, sufficient for the number of guests in your group.

* Late check-out fee - £ 50+vat per half hour unless a late check-out has been agreed upon in advance
