Welcome to this wonderful townhouse located in the Urbanization Hacienda Del Golf in Torrequebrada. Just a stone's throw from the enchanting Torrequebrada Golf Course, Torrequebrada Casino, and 550m from the nearest beach, restaurants, and bus stop.

10 minutes by car to central Benalmádena and its beautiful marina, which is full of restaurants and shops as well as year-round life. In the area, there is a grocery store with fresh ingredients as well as a pharmacy, ATM, and hairdresser.



The Space:

As you step into the townhouse, you will be greeted by the fully equipped and open kitchen to the right with dishwasher, microwave, normal coffee maker with filter, not with capsules, toaster and WC with washing machine. Further on from the kitchen into the social living room with a dining area to the right, next to the fireplace (decoration only), a relaxation corner with a smart TV to the left in comfortable armchairs and a sofa. The terrace with the lovely view of the pool, sea, and palm trees is in a south-facing position with sun from morning to late afternoon. There is a lounge area and a lovely dining area here.



All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, where one of the bedrooms has a double bed, a private balcony, and a private ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, as well as a bathroom in the corridor between them.



The townhouse is fully equipped with WIFI, A / C in all rooms, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker with filter, not with capsules, toaster, parking, all year round open pool and much more.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



The Neighborhood:

Torrequebrada is a small oasis in Benalmadena close to Fuengirola, Málaga and Marbella, where you can enjoy tranquility, greenery and exotic restaurants and beach bars. It is just 10 minutes by car to central Benalmádena and its beautiful marina, which is full of restaurants and shops as well as year-round splashes of life. In the area, there is a grocery store with fresh ingredients as well as a pharmacy, ATM, and hairdresser.



Getting Around:

The location allows you to walk everywhere and a car is not a must, but if you are to explore Costa del sol and Andalucia, there is a private parking space for you.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
