About this property

POOLS ARE OPEN! Beautiful 3 Bed/2 Bath @ LasPalmas Resort

Welcome to our home away from home! Las Palmas Resort and St. George have been a great destination for our family for years, and we thought we would offer it to your family as well.

This spacious 3 bedroom condo has been remodeled with beautiful tile, designer carpet, three-tone paint, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and more. We think it's the best unit at Las Palmas. We back onto the waterfall pool & another resort pool and fitness center is just a few steps across the parking lot. We also have access to the Pool Complex with a diving pool, lap pool, and indoor pool. Since we are near the edge of the parking lanes, there is not much vehicle traffic and easy parking.

It's 100% fully furnished with everything we use (HDTV's in each bedroom with cable, designer furniture package, high speed internet, and more). We have a beautiful balcony with an outdoor patio set (& BBQ) with views of the hills/mountains, green space and waterfall pool!

Bedroom detail:
Master: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x 2 level bunkbeds = 4 single beds.
So 8 can sleep in beds. We do have 4 Foldable sleeping pads with linens provided.

Close to Zion's National Park & Snow Canyon Park.
The areas BEST mountain bike trails are at the doorstep.

This was a great space for my family. We stayed for a long weekend in the area for soccer tournaments but enjoyed the pool/hottub and surrounding hiking. We had everything we needed and it was very roomy and comfortable.

Well kept accommodation in lovely resort

We had a fantastic time at Las Palmas. The accommodations were expansive, clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed hanging out on the large, sunny balcony and the nearby swimming pool. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were large, quiet and dark. This was a perfect spot for our vacation in St. George.

Three generations shared this comfortable condo for 3 days. Location close to Tuacahn was perfect and the grandchildren loved the playground and waterfall pool. The large balcony was a real treat. The unit was exceptionally clean and well furnished. We will be back!

We had a great time at this condo! The second bedroom was advertised as a queen bed and unfortunately it was a double. And was a very firm bed. So that should be updated in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent a few days in St George and this was a great place to stay. The kids loved the pool options and not having to share beds. The open concept was wonderful for family time. It was super easy to check in and out. Plus close to all the activities we had planned.

I loved staying here! Felt super safe staying here and there was everything we needed. It was very clean when we came in and felt homey. I came here for my bachelorette weekend getaway and I couldn't have chosen a better place. I had a question about ice and got a quick, kind response. The pool access was one of my favorite parts about this stay. Highly suggest taking a look and visiting each pool. I love that there are kid friendly areas, I suggested this place to my in-laws for a future stay. Overall great experience and I will hopefully return in the future.

Our family is active. We love both mountain & road biking, canyoneering, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, trail running, triathlons, photography, boating (wake surf/board/tube), chillin by the pool .........etc. We first gave St George a try back in 2008 and we have been coming back ever since....... and now we own a condo here! Hooray!

Why they chose this property

We have stayed in various places over the years in the area and Las Palmas Resort takes the cake. Mainly due to the location and proximity to the Green Valley area. Some days we don't even get in the car as there is so much right here. Trails are right out the door, relaxing pools/hot tubs a few steps, very family friendly community, parking is easy, just to name a few..... and we priced our condo very competitively especially for how clean & updated it is. It will feel like home.
