Laburnum Apartment Modern and Self Contained with secluded garden

The apartment is located next to our own home It is completely self contained and has a secluded garden which is south facing
The property has underfloor heating throughout, with flag stones in the lounge and kitchen area and an oak wooden floor in the bedroom.
The lounge has a 42" smart TV and free WiFi for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker hob fridge microwave and washing machine and there is milk, tea, coffee and cereal provided, along with a basket of treats on arrival.
There is an oak framed double bed, with a large double wardrobe and lots of drawer space
The bathroom has a full sized bath and modern shower with complimentary toiletries to use along with the use of 'The White Company' towels
The garden is access via the front of the property and is south facing great for peace and quiet relaxation.

Cosy property in a great location

Nice location in a peaceful village, great base for seeing the historical sites of Warwickshire. Cate the host is friendly and has everything covered - the property has everything you need for a stay away. Thank you for a lovely stay, we really enjoyed our time at Laburnum Apartment.

Great place to visit near Stratford

Immacuately presented, self contained accommodation with cooking facilities. Lovely hosts and good communication. The matress was a bit too firm and springy for my sore back. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit to this area.

Fabolous, beautiful, felt like home. Fekt comfortable. Gorgeous decor and very quiet. The only bad thing was we didn't want to leave. Very Romantic would definitely go back 5 stars Catherine. If we could give more we would.

Very clean, beautifully presented property. Ideally located to explore Startford upon Avon and the surrounding area. Very private. The on site parking could be a little tight with a large car, but there is plenty of alternative roadside available instead. Cate is a very friendly & welcoming host.

Attractive little apartment

Laburnum Cottage is very well presented and attractive. The hosts do live very close eg the bedroom of the property overlooks their private garden. The kitchen equipment is extremely sparse if you plan to cook, only one item of cutlery and crockery each, therefore, we were forever washing two mugs or teaspoons.

A perfectly placed cottage

Beautifully kept modern annexe in a beautiful village twixted Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon,off road parking ,great hosts..ideal place for exploring Warwick,Stratford and beautiful Royal Leamington Spa

Planned hot air balloon trip

We had a hot air balloon ride booked in Warwick so chose Laburnum Cottage as it looked cosy online. We were bringing our own food so wanted somewhere we could cook and be self contained. We found everything we wanted in the cosy little annex and spent a gorgeous 2 days there. Cate couldn’t have been more helpful. Unfortunately the weather was bad so the balloon trip was cancelled but it’s a good reason to go back!!

Great place to stay

Laburnum Apartment was as described and ideal for visiting the area. Snitterfield was a delightful village and Cate and Andy made us very welcome. Would recommend/stay again.

Just Perfect.

Cate was the perfect host and the house is just perfect. Everything you need and the standard of the accommodation is furnished and fitted to a very high standard, clean and in the lovely little village of Snitterfield. Can’t give a higher complement than to say this will be a our go to place to stay whilst visiting the area in future
