Ground floor: living room / lounge and open kitchen, you will enjoy cooking on the central island with its plunging view of the sea - cozy kitchen while being modern fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge American, small complete household appliances) - back kitchen with 2nd refrigerator, washing machine and dryer - household products available. Satellite TV.
2 air-conditioned bedrooms with large closets, sea view - separate wc - large travertine bathroom with shower AND bathtub.
1st floor: 2 air-conditioned master bedrooms, each with access to terrace / solarium with sea view, private bathroom and WC, large cupboards.
Pool floor: 2 beautiful additional air-conditioned suites, near the pool, each with their bathroom and WC.

The swimming pool (13 x 6m) is lit and secured by a roller shutter. Outdoor shower.
Deckchairs and parasols.
Obviously, to complete this, a pétanque court available next to the swimming pool.

Maintenance of the swimming pool once a week by qualified personnel.

Fantastic location and exceptionally beautiful villa

We stayed in this villa with our children (total 5 couples + 1 grandchild) in mid-September and enjoyed the extraordinary views, the location and the very complete equipment. Recently fully/quality renovated, this villa offers the ideal setting for a top stay in southern France.

A house with a view

The house is a gem! All in great order, fantastic location, spatious enough for even 12 people. Owners are very prompt to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay soooo much!!!

Beautiful villa with amazing view

We (6 adults, 6 teenagers) just returned from an amazing holiday in this property. The house is not only beautifully decorated, it is also equipped with everything you would need during the stay to cook, Bar-B-Q etc. The pool was perfect, it was great to have the ping-pong table - and the terrace had the most amazing view. The communication with the owners prior to the holidays and also with the property manager during our stay was easy and fast. We would love to come back again next year.

Stunning Villa Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea!

This was the perfect house for our group of eight and truthfully could have been perfect for an even larger group. It sits on a quiet hillside just 5 minutes from La Croix Valmer village. The rooms all have air conditioning which is a huge plus as it was quite hot during our stay. The two lowest rooms were built into the hillside and were so comfortable we had a couple that slept almost 12 hours they loved the room so much. The ensuite bathrooms are perfect and some had double vanities. The large kitchen was very well equipped. The fact that this house had two full size refrigerators was a such a luxury. We used the fridge in the laundry room as our “liquids” fridge. Perfect for beer, wine, champagne, water and more. The induction cooktop got hot fast and we used it many times with the supplied pots and pans. The house had all the appliances you would need. It had a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine. There was an excellent dish washer and the full-sized washer and dryer worked perfectly. There are plenty of plates in different sizes, bowls and utensils. The living room had a large TV and speaker that you could connect to wirelessly to play your favorite playlists through Spotify. The house came with two remotes that operated the front gates. The outside deck was simply amazing and provided a stunning sea view. The furniture outside was comfortable and the dining table was huge. We used the pool every day and it was professionally cleaned every week by an excellent pool technician. Altogether this house is the best we have ever rented in La Croix Valmer. We would, and have already recommended it to friends and family. It is large, well equipped and utterly beautiful. The owners are wonderful to communicate with and were very responsive before and during our stay. Thank you Sandrine for an amazing holiday in the South of France :-)

Entspannen mit wunderbarer Meersicht

Wir verbrachten mit Familie und Freunden (12 Erwachsene) zwei tolle Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus, das sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet ist. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind gross genug, um sich auch etwas zurückziehen zu können. Die Zimmer bieten genügend Platz fürs Reisegepäck und die grosszügigen Badezimmer, teils mit separatem WC, wurden von allen geschätzt. Hobbyköche werden die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und den Aussengrill (Plancha) schätzen. Der zweite Kühlschrank ist für die Getränkekühlung sehr nützlich. Wir schätzten es sehr, dass die grundlegenden Gewürze, Essig, Öl und andere Lebensmittel zum Gebrauch zur Verfügung standen. Nebst genügend Kochutensilien gefiel uns das grosszügig bemessene Geschirr und die vielen Gläser! Ein Highlight des Hauses ist die imposante Terrasse mit einem grossen Esstisch und Loungemöbeln, die abends zu einem Drink mit wunderbarer Meersicht einladen. Der Pool bietet Abkühlung und ab Mitte Nachmittag geben die Sträucher einen natürlichen Schatten als Ergänzung zu den Sonnenschirmen. Pétanquebahn und Tischtennisch bieten sich fürs Abendprogramm an. Der Kontakt mit Sandrine war perfekt. So informierte sie frühzeitig über eine defekte Klimaanlage, die innert 2 Tagen ersetzt wurde. Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Holiday in Heaven

Wir waren mit 10 Freunden eine Woche in der Villa in La Croix Valmer und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Kommunikation vorab und währenddessen verlief reibungslos. Neben Informationen zum Haus gab es ebenfalls Empfehlungen für die Umgebung - Strand, Bäcker, Restaurant... Die Villa ist sehr sauber sehr modern eingerichtet und hat eine sehr sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben jeden Bereich des Hauses voll ausgenutzt, insbesondere die Abende auf der Terrasse und dieser immer wiederkehrende Blick auf das Grün der Bäume und das Blau des Meeres vermissen wir alle. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass auch kurze Ausflüge zum Strand, St. Tropez, Grimaud... möglich sind. Abschließend bleibt nur zu sagen, dass das Haus, der Blick, der Pool auf den Bildern nicht richtig zur Geltung kommen. Es ist in Realität noch schöner! Wir wollten gar nicht weg und kommen sicherlich wieder!

Super Objekt, sehr sauber und zeitgemäß eingerichtet

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Südfrankreich als Familie verbracht. Die Villa hat ihren Teil dazu beigetragen. Das Objekt ist angenehm groß, zeitgemäß eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ohne bauliche Mängel. Die Lage ist zudem einwandfrei. Gerne wieder.

La maison du bonheur

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de rêve dans cette maison en excellent état général car récemment rénovée et avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est idéale pour une location en famille ou entre amis, les 6 chambres dont 4 suites permettent que chacun ait son confort et son autonomie. Nous aurions aisément pu accueillir une 3ème famille sans être à l'étroit. La vue mer est époustouflante, la piscine 13X6m, le terrain de pétanque et la table de ping-pong ont fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. La localisation nous a permis d'accéder facilement aux différentes plages et de découvrir la région qui est magnifique. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!...

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette magnifique villa. L’immense terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il y a également une très grande piscine. La décoration « campagne chic » est superbe et le confort optimal. Le marché et les commerces se trouvent à quelques minutes en voiture. Propriété de rêve digne d’un catalogue....

Vue mer époustouflante.... Villa de caractère entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux de qualités très tendances. Rien ne manque,du presse agrumes à la plancha. Nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour et les enfants ont adoré le terrain de pétanque. Tellement enchanté que nous avons déjà réservé un prochain séjour auprès de Sandrine la propriétaire qui fait tout son possible pour que votre séjour se passe à merveille. Merci...
