THIS AREA IS A TOP 10 BIRDING SPOT IN THE COUNTRY. THIS RESORT IS CONSIDERED BY MANY AS ONE OF THE TOP BEACH RESORTS IN THE ENTIRE NORTH EAST . THE COMMUNITY BOASTS 24 HOUR GATED SECURITY, 4 POOLS, 6 HOT TUBS . 12 BARBECUE GRILLS, 2 FIRE PITS, SAUNA, STEAM ROOM, TENNIS, PICKLEBALL, BASKETBALL COURT, BEACH VOLLEYBALL AND 2 EXERCISE ROOMS. Long weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo along with it's location. The owners were very proactive in their communication with us about the property and area. Explaining in detail about everything to make our stay that much more enjoyable. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need and very clean.Steps to the beach, close to many restaurants and attractions. Definitely would recommend a stay here. 10 stars!

Clean, Safe environment. Perfect getaway place for relaxation or fun activities

Whether you want to relax on the beach and hang by the many pools or try a new restaurant or fun activity, this is a perfect location. You're right on the middle of a clean, quiet area in between Wildwood's boardwalk fun and Cape May's array of activities. Seapointe Village is perfect for families. We're already excited to go back again!

Seapointe is absolutely amazing! Our unit was incredibly clean and the location was perfect! Larry was great, very responsive, and provided a ton of information about the property which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation!

My Jersey stay!

This stay was everything that one needed. The host communicated well and left detailed information which was helpful. We had an issue upon departure which was on our part and the host were more than accommodating and understanding. Great place to stay!

What an amazing stay at Seapointe Village! We loved EVERYTHING about the resort. Communication with the owner was excellent -- and he even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back, and we will recommend this property and owner to others!

Retreat down the shore

We loved staying at this property. Seapointe Village is a mini resort down in Wildwood crest. We were close to places to eat, a short car ride to Wildwood boardwalk and Cape May. The pools were perfect for our family and we were just waking distance to Diamond beach. We plan on making this a yearly family vacation down the shore.

Great condo in great location!

We fell in love with Seapointe village last summer. It is an ideal spot for families and we were excited to stay again this summer and are so glad we chose this condo for our stay. It is beautifully maintained, immaculately clean, and well stocked. Our hosts communicated thoroughly and gave us any and all details we could have needed. Definitely recommend!

Anniversary Vacation

Larry’s unit and the entire property was extremely clean. From the pools, tables and chairs, grills, and walkways - everything was pristine. The landscaping was spectacular as well - so beautiful and neatly maintained. Even the long walkway on the beach was swept clean when covered with sand. This is truly a special place to visit.

Larry and Kim's condo is a nice -sized place overlooking a pool area in a resort style community. It is clean and well stocked not only with dishes and utensils but lots of paper goods, coffee, spices and other conveniences. Larry and Kim were helpful and communicative throughout our stay and we appreciated their help when we needed it.

Resort close to home

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Seapoint. The property owners were easily reached and helpful. The condo and grounds were clean and quiet. Pools were clean and offered something for everyone. Private beach access is a few steps from the building with powder soft sand and cleanest water I've seen in the north east. Can't wait to stay again! Thanks for having us!

Beach getaway

Larry and Kim were great about helping me to book a last minute get away. Upon arrival I discovered that the rental was set up to accommodate everything I needed. They provided some excellent restaurant suggestions and were very responsive when I had questions. I am looking forward to renting their property again next year!

Great Getaway for family with young kids

We had a great time at Seapointe during our first trip with two little ones. The owner took the time to give us a tour of the property, which covers 16 acres! Beach access was close to the entrance of the building and there were multiple pools available with very few people around in mid September. We would definitely recommend this condo to others, as it was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing hosts! We loved the location as well as the rental.

Larry and Kim were outstanding hosts. They made sure that we were well informed, and well taken care of during our honeymoon! Great Little Gettaway

We had an amazing time! It was our first trip to the Jersey Shore and it was fantastic; we will definitely return.... The property is clean and many swimming options for families. Lots of eateries in walking distance and the boardwalk (and parks) is just a few minutes north. The beach is great...very wide, and clean! I especially loved that it was combed daily and there were places to eat on the beach! Larry was quick to respond and very easy to work with, his condo was perfect for a family of four!

Diamond beach getaway

My husband and I had great couple relaxing days in this well maintained condominium at Seapointe village. Larry provided all information we needed for a smooth checking in/out and comfortable staying and extra information about dinning. The beach is beautiful and peaceful at this time of the year. lovely property

This condo is on the 5th Fl of one of the bldgs. in Seapoint, which is a great property in a great location. The unit does not have an ocean view, but that was fine for us because we had plenty of time walking on the beach as well as around Seapoint.
