A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Master bedroom has a King size bed and a futon, guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Two full baths. River Run Condos are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free wi-fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit. Free wi-fi. Elevator access. No smoking - not even on the balcony. No Pets. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.


Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten minute float down from River Run. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas.This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
