This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed with trundle. The vaulted ceilings lend an open feel and the updated kitchen is perfect for making home-cooked meals. The spacious patio offers beautiful views. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby, you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and area festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub.

The entryway has a closet, bench and mounted hooks for the storage of vacation gear. There are also large cubbies as well. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful gas fireplace and a flat screen TV with a sound bar and a Blu-ray player. There is also a brand-new leather sectional in the living room -- new photos coming soon! Just off the living area you can access the spacious patio that offers beautiful views. The quiet location is great for enjoying the outdoors.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and beautiful butcher block and stone countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. There are three full bathrooms. The guest bathroom on the main level has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom is upstairs and features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat screen TV. There is also a seating area. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a bathtub. A door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

There are also two guest bedrooms upstairs. Both feature queen-sized beds with Ivory White Bedding. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. At the top of the stairs is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

Back on the main level is the third guest bedroom. It has a twin-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a twin trundle. It has its own access to the guest bathroom and to the spacious patio.

**Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
