Spacious and elegant spaces, endowed with a personality that is evident in every corner. With a marked style and a careful decoration, this luxurious apartment is a treasure perfectly hidden in the heart of Seville.
This wonderful apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience. Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 43' TV, comfortable sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, washing machine, vitroceramic and a complete set of utensils. The room has a large and comfortable bed with a light Nordic duvet. All linen is 100% cotton. The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror. You will have a small balcony where you can enjoy the sunny days Sevillanos. If you need, it has iron, ironing board, clothesline and all cleaning items you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet central air conditioning. If you come with babies we can provide you with COT and HIGH CHAIR free of charge. In the building we have a large terrace for common use for all guests of the building. Equipped with sofas in various areas to relax and sunbeds to take in the sun.
If you travel by car, there is the possibility of leaving it in an underground parking, on request for 25 euros per day, at 'Plaza de la Concordia', just 3 minutes from the accommodation. Do not hesitate to contact us to reserve your place.

Great location

This place is as beautiful as shown. It"s very clean and the property managers were responsive and helpful with the check in process when needed assistance due to limited internet access while travelling which was appreciated. Great location and walkable to the Setas de Sevilla. Tip: elevators are extremely small. Just enough room for 2 people plus carry ons.

Perfect cozy apartment

The apartment was exactly as depicted on the web site. Great quiet location that was exremely convenient to everything including shops to buy food and walking along the river. The shared rooftop deck was quite large, could easily accomodate multiple guests and well furnished. Management staff was very responsive and helpful. We were there for two weeks and would stay again in a heartbeat

Beautiful space

We enjoyed having extra space and a comfortable bed. Host provides some coffee pods and laundry soap, which were key for us. Taxi driver got lost and host had to speak with him to direct him. Both English and spainish. About a 10 minute walk to any tourist site. A couple great breakfast places down the street. So clean. Lift available

Amazing stay - highly recommend

My partner and I stayed here in July 2022 and absolutely loved it. The check-in process was really smooth and easy, and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. The flat itself is spotless and the air conditioning was very welcome after exploring the city... We also thought the location was ideal, as the street itself is very quiet, however most key areas to visit in Seville were within walking distance. Thank you very much!
