Ca'n Xispa is the perfect villa to stay at with friends or family.
The outdoor kitchen with bbq and salon plus the large pool in the garden, among fruit trees, makes this a magic place to spend your holidays.
At only 1 km, the Cooperativa de Sant Bartolome offers fresh bread and croissants in the morning and also fresh fruits and veggies and all sorts of drinks.
Sóller center is at only 2 km and the Port, with it's nice restaurants and beach at only 5 km.
There are 3 large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and there is another smaller bedroom, perfect for teens or smaller children. Baby cot available if needed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The extra outdoor toilet with shower is a great bonus.
The indoor kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge and sitting area has got AC too.
A full laundry room with some gym equipment on disposal.
The chicken hen is great for children as they can see and feed chicken, rabbits and tortoises.
Free parking shared with the owners who live at the house next door, rental guests will be able to park 2 cars easily.
