We loved this condo! Everything we could ask for was supplied. There was even a tea kettle which I greatly appreciated. The view of the beach was the best we have had on Sanibel and Karen, the host was so nice and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We also were very happy with the location- easy to get to all parts of the island. We are hoping to come back again and stay two weeks. Thanks, Karen!

Wonderful unit with great views

Our family loved staying here. The views are amazing. The unit is airy and bright with comfortable furniture and everything you might need. The host was terrific. We would definitely stay here again, especially once the property and island are even more recovered.

Beautiful condo in a great location on West Gulf Dr. Spectacular view of the Gulf and lagoon, even better with the private rooftop access this top floor unit provides. The host (Karen) was a pleasure to work with and responded to us within minutes. She has done wonderful work with the overall interior design throughout the condo. I would recommend her condo without reservation and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo met all of our expectations for a beach vacation. Especially nice was the well equipped storage locker that has everything you need for the beach - umbrellas, chairs, cooler, beach toys. Pointe Santo has one of the best beaches along that part of the island. We noticed that at high tide some condos' beach area was very narrow, but there was always plenty of room at Pointe Santo.

Lovely, just lovely.

Our first family trip back since hurricane Ian, and Pointe Santo did not disappoint. B47 was BEAUTIFUL. We especially admired the tastefully selected art immediately. It just felt like a happy place from the start. The views were unique to B47 and we enjoyed them constantly while watching the lagoon, pool and beach. I felt lucky that our rooftop deck had a rain cover which I noticed other units did not. I think this kept the no-see-ums and other bugs out of our lanai that could potentially come in from the roof. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and we were so grateful for the furnished beach chairs, beach towels, pump for floats, hand soap and more. Karen was super responsive and helpful at all times and was a wonderful host. We look forward to the next time we visit B47 at Pointe Santo!

Where do i start? This is the best location at pointe santo…views at every window.The condo is impeccable and just redone. Karen is so great to work with. I took my parents back to our beloved Sanibel for the first time after the hurricane…pointe santo exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enough. Secretly i don’t want to tell everyone about this place so we can make sure to book it whenever we want it but that’s not really fair. If you are going to sanibel, this is the place!

Great week with mom!

This is a great location and we loved all the amenities like pool and elevator and close parking! The rooftop was a bonus and we even used the grills which are provided and are gas grills for dinner one night. Took my mom so was very happy with the elevator and close parking. We also appreciate the keyless entry which is super convenient! Would love to come back to this spot again. Thank you Maria for all your help and suggestions!

Communication with owner was awesome. Really liked the rooftop deck. Kitchen well appointed. Had extras such as laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, and dish soap. Beds were uncomfortable but that just comes with a rental property. Location on the island was great. Grounds were well kept. Pool/clubhouse were very nice.

View is great! Beach is great! Bring your bet bag for shelling. There are tons of beautiful shells! Lots of noseeum bug bites… bring or pick up some bug spray and benedryl for itching… that’s my only complaint. There were 3 of us. 2 got eaten up. One not at all 🤷🏼‍♀️

Greatly enjoyed the super roomy condo, location on the beach & island, comfortable furniture, patio lanai & rooftop deck with incredible views! The 4 of us could spread out easily in our own space. Had everything we needed to cook & we felt very safe everywhere. Awesome local restaurants, shopping & activities nearby. Most importantly the laidback vibe of the island & complex was a respite from our normal busy city lives & rejuvenated us!

Wonderful stay!

This condo had everything we needed! The owners were super easy to work and communicate with. You can tell they care for their vacation home. So many times we get to vacation homes and realize not much is provided in the way of kitchen utensils, towels, etc and this condo had it all. We appreciated the dvd players in each room when the kids wanted to relax with a movie before bed. The view was gorgeous. We've stayed in quite a few different condos at Pointe Santo and this one was one of our favorites! We would definitely stay here again! If you've never been to Pointe santo, the complex is incredibly well kept and has lots of activities for the family!

Our Dad spent his whole life in Connecticut and dreamt of retiring to beautiful Sanibel Island after a family vacation back in the 80's. Shortly thereafter, my family returned to Sanibel to see several properties for sale and we settled on the best...Pointe Santo B47! We have put our heart and soul into our vacation home since the 80's and it remains in our family for generations to come.

Why they chose this property

Pointe Santo is situated on a pristine beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach in this area is beautiful and offers an abundance of shells. West Gulf Drive is a convenient mid-island location. Easy bike ride to Periwinkle where you'll find an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shops.

What makes this property unique

Our top floor, corner unit in B building is unique in that it offers floor to ceiling windows in the living room adjacent to the large sliders that open to the screened lanai. This creates a corner wall of windows in the living room where the view of Pointe Santo and the Gulf cannot be matched. In addition, there are two floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen that offer great lighting and Gulf views. A spiral staircase on the lanai leads to the private rooftop sundeck offering a gorgeous panoramic view of the Gulf and all of Sanibel.
