Thank you for your nice comments. Yes, the apartment is brand new and has an excellent location as it is located just off the seafront and promenade of Bugibba. The area is quiet but close to the centre too. Close by there are shops, bus stops, restaurants, etc etc. We look forward to your next stay! Ruth and Neville

Indeed the apartment is located in a quiet area but close to shops, restaurants, bus stops, kiosks, supermarkets, etc. This makes it ideal for couples, singles, families, friends, etc. For the garbage in Malta we have daily door to door collection. The system in Malta is like that where everybody puts out the garbage on the payment few hours before collection, so yes there are moments where on the pavement there will be garbage bags waiting to be collected. For the tv we have a system with loads of international channels, including sky, movies, videos on demand and all are free of charge. In Malta all the houses and apartments are built of concrete and the apartment is built like this too. Si l apartamento e in una buonissima posizione vicino a tutto incluso il molo da dove partono le barche per una crocera di un giorno al famso Blu Lagoon (Comino) e le Caverne piu belle delle Isole Maltesi. E dal 1981 che la nostra famiglia affitta case vacanza e quindi sapiamo esattamente cosa hanno bisogio I nostri ospiti. Oggi giorno questo e il nostro mestiere principale e abbiamo I nostri adetti alla manutenzione, donne delle pulizie, personale di ufficio, e rapresentanti che vi incotrerannno agli apartamenti per darvi tutto l aiuto, informazioni e suggerimenti di qui avrete bisognio durante il vostro soggiorno. Io Neville insieme a mia moglie Ruth Galea siamo riperibili 24/7 in caso di emergenza con 2 telefoni cellulari. Durante la giornata l uffico e aperto dalle 9 fino alle 5 di sera. Caro Vincenzo, come vi abbiamo spiegato l appartamento pou ospitare fino a 7 persone. Appartamento ha solo un bagnio quindi in 9 non ci state e non ce spazio. Questo e la ragione per la cancellazione. Grazie e saluti Ruth

Indeed the apartments are well located and we the owners together with all our team (cleaning, maintenance, representatives and office staff) do all our best to offer the best service and best accommodation to our guests. Apartments are kept fresh, clean and well equipped through the whole year with great dedication. Malta`s economy and tourism is booming. This is leading to a lot of construction going on roads and buildings. Thus some delays with transport and some construction noise or dust (due to the dry climate) are common and found all over the Island. The transport company we use is quite big and sometimes when there is a delayed taxi due to traffic they send the closest vehicle. All vehicles are brand new and air conditioned, including the minibuses. We also operate a 24/7 support service should our guests have an emergency outside office hours. We always do our best to help as much as possible.
