This bungalow is located in a quiet cul de sac just off the Golf Course Road, was refurbished to a high standard. There is parking for one car on the driveway and access to the garage through the side door. There is amtico flooring throughout with solid oak furniture and leather settees. The TV is a smart TV and there is fibre wireless internet. There is a secluded back garden with table and rocker chairs. The kitchen has all modern appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and hob/oven. The lounge has large patio doors and the sun comes into the lounge during the day. The bedrooms are both good sized doubles with a kings size bed in one and two single beds in the other. The bathroom is fitted with a power shower. There is also a dining room. The hallway has a cloakroom which has the ironing board, iron and hair dryer and there is an airing cupboard.

Charming Cottage

One bathroom, however it was great.

There were four adults with one bathroom could almost spell Disaster but it wasn’t bad at all. We serpent the time with my cousin & husband we were playing golf, it worked out great. My cousin & husband are in between having a house built & it’s not ready yet.

A perfect Christmas home

We were delighted with the property - the house is excellent value, perfect for 4 year old twins to be 4 year olds, all the common needs are catered for, and the kitchen especially was kitted out exactly as we needed.

It is modern inside, with Amtico flooring throughout. The furniture is solid wood and has all appliances you would need. It is very comfortable.
