Located 30 minutes from the Costa de Azahar and the Mediterranean Sea, “Un moment” is a 4-star holiday home completed in August 2020, with a total floor area of 210 m² spread over three floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom; on the ground floor, there is a master bedroom suite with an en suite bathroom; on the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower; and on the third floor, there is a laundry room and the main terrace with a barbecue.
Fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, tableware, kitchenware, a smart TV, a soundbar, and much more.
You’ll find a wonderful selection of things to do in the area to visit and enjoy unforgettable experiences.
We welcome you with a selection of local products as a complimentary gift (wine, bread, tomatoes, water, olive oil, coffee capsules, herbal teas, salt, sugar, etc.) along with firewood for the barbecue and bathroom amenities.
We use only renewable energy sources for hot water and heating—specifically, aerothermal and geothermal energy.
It is located in Les Coves de Vinromà, a strategically situated spot where, within a 40-minute radius, the entire province of Castellón is within easy reach—including wonderful beaches and fantastic mountains where you can enjoy nature, as well as visit and sample wines at wineries, cheeses at cheese shops, and olive oil at olive oil mills (olive oil). There are water parks for the little ones, zip-line parks, go-kart tracks, electric bike rentals, museums, cinemas, and high-quality local restaurants. The provincial capital is 45 km from our house, Castellón Airport is 15 km away, and Valencia is 100 km away.
