Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen dining area leading to the snug living room. perfect for social dining and relaxation.
Outside is a large outdoor hot tub with views over Morzine and the Pleney slopes.

Fijn verblijf in een mooi groot huis. Het huis, de slaapkamers en de badkamers zijn goed in orde. De ligging is wat hoog aan de heuvel, dus de skibus of auto is noodzakelijk. De Nyon lift ligt op 2 minuten rijden en is heerlijk rustig. Super week achter de rug. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, de enige opmerkingen die wij hebben:De keuken heeft onderhoud nodig en er mag geïnvesteerd worden in nieuwe pannen, ketels en kookgereedschap. Dat is echt beneden de norm en versleten. De vaatwasser en oven zijn verouderd en functioneren niet meer goed.

This is the perfect property for families and groups of friends alike. There is a cosy spacious living area leading to the open plan dining area and kitchen perfect for social nights in. Outside is a large hot tub comfortably seating 8 with great views of the Pleney slopes.
