The most interesting thing about this house is the location. You are near everything and have the quietness of the locals.
This house has 3 levels. The 1st floor a magnificent view of Fishermans beach, 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms each.
The main floor the kitchen with dinning area. You also have another floor, direct access to the road, you have the rustic living room.

What makes this property unique

The location of this house is one of the most typical and well located in our old town.

You have the Fisherman´s beach and Peneco Beach in less than 50 meters walking distance. The restaurants, bars, supermarket all near by (50 meters).
