Luxurious Modern wood built Chalet sleeping up to 13 in 6 spacious bedrooms. The chalet offers modern luxuries such as underfloor heating and en-suite bedrooms whilst retaining all the charm of a traditional chalet complete with woodern construction. Outside there is a large sun terrace and outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing in after a hard day on the mountain.
The chalet has an equipment store complete with boot warmers and a garage with parking for one car and further covered parking for another car. There is also parking for an extra 2 cars off the road outside the chalet.

I've lived in the area since 2008 and manage a number of properties in the area. Having lived and worked all over the French Alps, Morzine and the wider Portes du Soleil is the best lift accessed area summer and winter.

Lovely traditional wood built chalet with all the modern comforts and hot tub.

What makes this property unique

Located a short walk on the flat to the Super Morzine lift. The free shuttle between Morzine and the Ardent telecabine stops 100m from the chalet.
