Casa de Vis is Substantial holiday home 140 sq mar / 2,000 sq ft, sleep 8 + 1 cot bed, 3 very large bedrooms (king size / double /2 single beds) + large living room with pull out corner sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, in the absolute best spot in town, wifi, Internet, air-conditioning and all mod-cons expected.
On one side you can watch from the windows the Republicii boulevard and the Old Council Square, the other side from the private you have Tampa mountain view. Combining old architecture (the house is from early 1800's) the property is fully modernised and was refurbished in 2019.
Exclusive elegant and secure entrance, very close to all nearby shops, restaurants and all city walks and cultural centres, mountain hiking routes from the doorstep, 2 minutes from Bus/taxi for Poiana Brasov skiing (20min), 10 min drive from large Swimming complex Aquapark, 40 min from Dracula's caste etc.
Perfect for large families or multi-family holidays.

The property is a gem, in best location to be close to all the bars, restaurant, gastronomic and cultural sites.
Due to size (for sure you will not feel claustrophobic!) and location, it is best suited for families or multi-family holidays as everything is at your doorstep whilst indoors you have all the modern conveniences, fully equipped kitchen etc.

This is very much a unique property in the area!
In general the properties in the neighbourhood are a lot smaller, but people have split other properties in 'smaller rental units' ... we wanted to retain the 'family home' factor into a modern holiday home.
Location is 'bulls eye'! best in town. Everything at your fingertips, whilst it benefits from separate and secure location, separate elegant entrance.
When you are out and about the Old Town, and you forgot something in the property, you can just 'pop in', this is how central the location is!
Excellent views of Republicii Boulevard on one side, and from the Bak balcony towards the nearby Timpa Mountain and the BRASOV 'Hollywood-style sign'.
Also, you can enjoy 'home cooking' by using the fully equipped kitchen / diner!
