Indoors, Villa Anastasia's ground floor comprises a pair of spacious living rooms, a large bathroom with shower and bath, a double bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space.Climbing the wide, curving staircase you will find four further bedrooms on the first floor (two doubles and two twins) another bathroom with state of the art shower and several balconies. Villa Anastasia takes its name from its owner. Anastasia, like many other dreamers, decided to turn her life upside down by buying a holiday home in the south of Europe and visits with her family for several months of the year. Dating from the early eighties and built in a typical Sicilian style, it is literally around the corner from the beautiful beach of Ficarazzi. Entering along the private driveway, you will be immediately struck by the thick and varied vegetation that surrounds the villa. Bamboos, palms, oleanders, lemon trees, olive trees and many other plant species keep the warm Mediterranean air smelling fresh and offer complete privacy.

To guarantee a pleasant autonomy in the movements (in fact the public transport in Sicily are not so efficient) we advise you to get yourself a private vehicle. With the car you will have the opportunity to move and discover the most interesting and hidden corners of these areas.

Entering along the private driveway, you will be immediately struck by the thick and varied vegetation that surrounds the villa. Of course, you didn't come to Sicily to spend your time inside! The beautifully landscaped and looked after outdoor areas include terraces, an outdoor oven, a barbecue area, a fish pond and fountain. And of course the jewel in the crown is the large, swimming pool with state of the art filtration, weekly maintenance visits and an outdoor shower at poolside.
