Delray Beach Upscale Home with Heated Pool, close to Atlantic Ave and Beach

Our home is a renovated, spacious, upscale beach house with every amenity including a heated, salt-water pool. Located on one of the most sought-after streets in Delray Beach, it is across from the Intracoastal, three blocks to Atlantic Avenue and an easy walk to the beach.

There is a gourmet kitchen with a Wolfe cooktop, double oven and marble countertops. The house is perfectly suited for adults and families alike.
The outdoor area is completely fenced in and boasts an entertaining area with a lovely heated salt water pool and optional child safety fence. Most special is the covered outdoor kitchen and dining area with fridge, sink and built-in BBQ. In additional there are shady grassy areas where you can relax or children can run around.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything a cook may need. In addition to china dinnerware, there are beautiful plastic dishes and glasses to be used outside or for children. The dining room table opens to 90 inches, to accommodate a family gathering.

This house is superb! Everyone has their own space to hang out and there are tons of bathrooms. Lovely outdoor kitchen and my boys swam in the heated pool nonstop.

This house has a great kitchen, a lovely back yard with pool and grill, a cozy living room, a nice sized dining room, and a good TV room. Lots of space to gather or play a long game of Monopoly. My daughter and her family love staying here. They hope to stay here every time they come to visit.

The home worked well for our family as our son visited for a week with his three children and our daughter for a week with two. Owners Peter and Doris were very accommodating and Thomas, the property manager, responded quickly when needed. Overall, we had a great month in Delray!

Thanksgiving week

We have stayed at this property several times and have always enjoyed our stays. In this particular week we ran into some issues contacting the property manager, we couldn’t access the property until a few hours after we arrived, and again when the a/c broke and we tried to reach Thomas and didn’t hear back for many hrs. We will try again though b/c we love this property and location!

We had a lovely stay in this adorable beach cottage perfect location across from intracoastal and close to town and the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were all updated. Only thing is they can use some new lounge chairs by the pool, and a bigger queen/king size bed in master bedroom. Overall adorable house would rent again!

Very comfortable and cozy house. Good to come with your family, enjoy the pool and BBQ area. The kitchen is perfectly supplied as well as all rooms and house áreas. The house has all necesary amenities, incluidng pone, WIFI, direct TV, etc. The instructions on how to handle the house are perfectly written and esy to understand. It is greatly located near Atlantic Av. in Delray Beach, which helps to go to different activities in town using the dontowner. The house has its services perfectly scheduled, such as pool and gardening service. Doris and Peter responded to a TV issue we had, in a few hours, and replaced the TV in less tan 48 hours. We loved our stay and highly recommend anyone to rent it.

Why they chose this property

We loved this property from the minute we saw it with the two imposing banyan trees in our front yard exuding southern charm. The house has been totally renovated but it still retains the character of a beach house ..There is lots of room for our children and grandchildren.

What makes this property unique

We love Delray Beach because of its easy walkability. We are on a quiet residential street across from the Intracoastal and walking distance to Atlantic Avenue and Pineapple Grove with wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries. It is also walking distance to the beach and the famous Delray Tennis Club.

Getting around is very easy. The Downtowner (Uber-like app) is a free golf cart shuttle service which will take you to the beach or restaurants etc. Please just tip the driver. There is also Uber, taxis and a free bus that runs up and down Atlantic Avenue. However with so much in such close proximity, you may just want to walk.
