Located at a pieceful area in the coutryside, about one klm away from the beach, Elixirium villa is ideal for group of friends and families to relax in nature, next to the swimming pool and seize the day!
The space
Elixirium villa is a fully equipped houseof 80sq.meters interior space with a 4 acres private outdoor areas,
It provides two bedrooms, one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, a bedroom with two single beds, an extra bathroom with shower, a living room with a fullly equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor yard with balcony.
The yard overlooks the countryside, the sea and the mountain of Perissa (Ancient Thira & Prophet Elias Monastry) and is surrounded by olive trees.
At the balcony there is an outdor swimming pool (with jacuzzi), sunbeds and a dining area.
The house can accommodate from 4 to 6 guests
The villa offers private parking space.
The swimming pool is seasonal.
Housekeeping is included and its every two days.

Fantastic 10 days
We stayed in mid June and had a fantastic stay. The house has everything needed and is beautifully equipped and furnished. The hosts were amazing - came to find us when the day nav failed and checked in Regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is within 15 minutes stroll of the beach and the bars and restaurants along the strip. The restaurant recommendations from the host were also spot on. Would highly recommend!
