Sip a cool beverage beneath the shade of a thatched umbrella. Recline on sun loungers watching the kids play with all the pool toys that come with the house while the family barbeque chef uses the gas grill to serve lunch on the shaded table. Then it’s back in the pool, because the southern exposure means a full day of sun shines on this tropical oasis.

Inside, sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, brightening the plank tile floors and coastal turquoise walls. Decorative shells and starfish enhance the calming seaside ambience.

The bright, summer kitchen features an island counter and comes stocked with all the appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend a batch of cocktails to sip in the hot tub as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the lanai.
