The villa and the swimming pool are surrounded by a big garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The villa is introduced by a beautiful porch with dining area, sofas and barbecue. Moreover, there is a solarium with beach beds and outdoor shower.
Villa Giordano consists of a well-equipped kitchen, sitting room with tv and sofa bed for 2 guests, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

Villa
Giordano is in the countryside south of Ostuni, 7 kilometers away from
the centre of the "White City", with many amenities and cultural and
tourist events. The villa is close to other famous city centres such as
Carovigno, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica.
The sea lovers can easily
arrive at the beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast. Torre Santa
Sabina is 14 kilometers away, while the Marine Protected Area of Torre
Guaceto is 18 kilometers away. Moreover, the villa is 45 minutes` drive
form Alberobello, the town of trulli that is Unesco World Heritage.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 300, payable on-site.
 - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The fireplace doesn't work.
