We booked our trip in February to see both how cold the area was and how busy in the off season. I found this amazing looking place via VRBO , it matches all our criteria, and was great looking. We didn't want to stay in a trullo , but something modern and clean. Arrival was smooth, they met us at the gate within ten minutes of our scheduled time, and were very pleasant to talk to.We got a quick tour of the house, what was in each room,where we could find things etc. it was chilly in the house when we arrived, but they had told us the whole house had heated floors and they had been on since yesterday. The tiles in the living room were very warm to the touch, a good sign!When we were alone finally, I increased the home temperature to 25c as it showed 18c and then went about moving suitcases, opening blinds and catching the most amazing sunset view from the root top terrace. It had gotten dark by now and we noticed two things. The house temp has dropped to 17c and the back main bedroom was freezing cold. I contacted the host and he said it could take some time to fully heart, but also the main bedroom was not have by the floor but a stand alone electric heater. That heater was no where to be found. In your the host we should go to dinner, and he agreed to bring a heater to the house. We returned two hours later. The house was still just 17c, and the delivered heater was just a table top 400/800 watt plastic unit. However, now the floor tiles were cold, even though t
