New tile and LVP flooring throughout
All new stainless steel appliances
Filtered water located within the refrigerator
Washer and Dryer in the master bathroom, along with new walk in shower
Smart TV’s in each bedroom, and living room
Freshly painted throughout, and updated furniture and decor
We have several board games and card games for guest use
Kitchen fully stocked with all dishes and cooking supplies (pots, pans, bakeware etc)
Coffee pot, toaster, crock pot

Condo 109 is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The Primary bedroom has a king bed with memory foam topper, and the guest suite offers a full bed along with twin bunk beds.

The Islander offers two swimming pools and two hot tubs. Unit 109 is located in the East Tower, closest to the larger heated pool and the path to the beach! As we are a first floor unit, you can look forward to walking out of your back door and being only steps from the gated heated pool and path down to the private beach access. No worries about trying to fit all of your beach gear up and down an elevator or cross any busy streets! The Islander is located on Holiday Isle, it is very common to see dolphins playing in the ocean waves right in front of our beaches! You will love walking along the beautiful sugar sands down to the Jetty Rocks to catch sunset.

Islander Guests will receive a V.I.P card that offers great discounts off many local excursions and restaurants
Each condo will be provided two beach chairs and an umbrella to use per day of rental (available Spring Break, and Memorial Day- Labor Day)

Additional Rules per management - No Smoking in Units/Patio
• The Islander has designated smoking areas
• No Pets
• No More than 6 ppl in a Unit
• Guests are provided an initial setup of paper towels/toiletry/trash bags. Guests will need to provide their own for the remainder of the stay once depleted

FIVE STARS FOR UNIT 109! Highly recommend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Unit 109!! From the location to the updates throughout the entire condo- I can’t say enough about it! Unit 109 was not only updated beautifully (kitchen, both baths, etc) and decorated perfectly! It was very clean, beds were so comfortable - we truly felt like we were at home. As a family of 6 with four children ranging 13-5, being located on the first floor is huge plus for us. It’s so nice & convenient having a view of the pool from your patio. They even provided family games, cards, and books for those rainy days too! Don’t hesitate booking this- we can’t wait to go back!

They also made a lot of noise thru the night.I complained to the front desk but it didnt help. Someone did pick the trash up.
