With three bedrooms including 2 x double and a twin room with bunk beds, TV and games console.. The property is all ground floor, including shower room with toilet and a 2nd toilet, kitchen with dining area and french doors leading to the garden and a sitting room with a flat screen TV, internet (WiFi) and Alexa speaker. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden area.

This was a great break in a gorgeous property. Everything was as described, including the facilities and location / proximity to the beach.
I had no concerns about the dogs in the garden with the high and fully secure fence and all rooms were spacious to accommodate us.
This was our third stay in Southerness and most certainly the best property we have stayed in.
We will be back.
Stayed for 3 nights and was very happy with the property. Very clean and spacious with a secure garden for our dog. Enjoyed long walks on the beach. Everything you could need was provided. It was very quiet and peaceful when we were there tho during school holidays might be a bit noisier. No complaints at all and would definitely stay here again.
The house is exactly as described, sitting right opposite the facilities building it offers easy access to the park entertainment if that is something you want to use. If not you aren’t disturbed by it or hear it unless you open a door and head outside. I would advise you to take the basics with you, the shop onsite is expensive although there is a mini market outside the park opposite The 19th hole pub but not sure on its prices. The chip shop beside it seemed really popular.
