We were just looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights and near my daughter who lives a few blocks away. The place is cute, cozy, and clean, located a few steps from the bay and a short walk to the beach. It is near the road so there was some noise from the traffic at night but I didn’t think it was bad. It’s a comfortable place to stay for 1-2 people in a great area of Mission Beach with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The space was clean, but very small. It is a back room off the alley. It isn’t a studio as it says. It is a room with a double bed, a sink with no counter space, a corner freestanding shower and a toilet. No kitchen, no parking, no wi-fi. The 100 insurance policy the host requires was excessive.
