Charming rustic style villa with private pool located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera.
It can accommodate up to four people.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, both with double bed, a full bathroom, separate kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, and the living room and porch.
The plot is landscaped, has a private fenced swimming pool and sun loungers. There is a barbecue area and outdoor furniture.
Excellent location that allows great privacy with only one neighbor in the access lane. It is located less than five minutes from the beaches and coves of Roche and about 7 minutes drive from Conil de la Frontera.
The apartments and villas in Conil de la Frontera are in great demand both in the summer season and at any time of the year, being the period between May and October when it reaches maximum occupancy both for the good atmosphere of the area and the pleasant climate enjoyed by the Costa de Conil all year round.
