Holiday rental villa with good quality construction, has a large private pool and private garden.
The house is located in a rural and quiet environment, although it is necessary to use a car, this area is within walking distance to move without inconvenience and comfortably.
The villa consists of two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds, kitchen with breakfast bar and fully equipped for daily use if necessary, living room with plasma TV and bathroom with shower.
Outside, besides having a swimming pool and garden, it has two covered porches with barbecue area and a two-seater rocking chair.
In this house no scandals or parties are allowed, pets are not allowed.
Near the beach of Rochea about five minutes by car, and the beach of Cala del Aceite is eight minutes away.
Conil de la Frontera is less than six minutes away.
Pizzeria or restaurant El Caserio is less than a minute drive.
