The house is modern and very tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a luminous living room with a sofa and two chairs and a round dining table. It has access to a terrace with a little bit of lawn and two loungers. The open plan kitchen offers all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. There is also a small shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with two single beds has an ensuite shower room. The two other bedrooms also have two single beds and share another shower room. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter, making Casa Angel suitable for year round accommodation. Casa Angel is located in a new development of terraced houses with a large communal pool (19 x 9 m) and a small playground. The communal pool is open from Easter week to mid-October. The beautiful beach Playa La Fontanilla with the excellent restaurants of the same name is only a short stroll away and the centre of Conil, which is very lively in summer, is only 15 minutes away on foot. You only need the car for excursions and there is a reserved parking space for one car you.
