Fantastic penthouse located in a very quiet environment and with a large wraparound terrace overlooking the golf course.

The apartment has three large bedrooms, the main bedroom being the one on the upper floor, which has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a small private terrace with views of the golf course.

On the main floor are the other two double bedrooms, each with two single beds and access to the terrace.

On this floor there are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, a spacious living room and a separate kitchen. From these rooms you can also access the large terrace.

The apartment is part of a luxurious urbanization with many green areas and a community pool.

Lots of space and very sunny

Large apartment with very comfortable lounge and great sunny terrace with view of11th fairway of Rio Real golf course. Good location with easy drive to beach and Marbella and next to lovely small hotel for good food and drinks. For nights in there’s an excellent tv with full package of channels. Communication with Joanne was excellent.
