Not suitable for family

Emanuela was great communicating via WhatsApp and very efficient . However the website says it offer a kitchen with “cookware “ however that was not even 1 knife or 1 plate that we could use. I requested and was told that the area is only for coffee ( we were only given few pods of coffee and told to sort it out ourselves if finished) !? We could never go back to the flat and have a glass of wine and chill because they do not offer anything that we can actually use the “common area” for family gatherings . Now that we checkout I was told it would be an extra cost but I wasn’t offered it when I asked . I would not recommend this place. Easier to stay in a hotel, they will offer you much more and cost the same!

Lack of response to issues

This apartment is in a great location. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the bathrooms were very modern. We rented all 4 bedrooms under the impression that this was an apartment with a small kitchen. Our major issue was that the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms and in the kitchen did not work. We were unable to use that bedroom at all. We have had no response to our request for them to consider reducing the cost since it didn't see right to pay for a room we could not use. The kitchen area better when they brought us a fan. Out next issue was that the kitchen was not at all stocked with kitchen utensils - at check out they said that it was not expected that people would use the kitchen. That doesn't seem to make any sense for a property billed as an apartment and whose first picture online is of the kitchen area. We have expressed all of this to the hosts, but have had no response since 7/31/22.
