very good layout of the rooms

The apartment is well-equipped, and we felt very comfortable. It was lovely to sit on the patio. Paolo was very friendly and helped us with our arrival and departure, and he was very easy to reach. Thank you for the wonderful days.

Easy access to Vatican and train station

Good location for a few days in Rome before taking the train to cruise port. Accommodations were clean and functional if not exactly luxurious. We would stay again.

Spacious apartment with convenient access to train, bus, and St Peter’s

Great place for large groups. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms. Paolo was responsive on all communication. Would stay here again with a large group.

Location was great next to the Vatican. Plenty of space and enough beds for everyone. The only unexpectedly item was a extra fee cash only charge at check in of 3.5€ per person per day, thats was an additional €140.

Great base for visiting Rome

We were an extended family of 8, including two small children. The apartment worked great for us. It is very convenient to the bus lines serving all the wonderful sites of Rome. We were met at the agreed upon time, shown how everything worked, and provided recommendations for local restaurants. We had a great stay in Rome.

Loved this place!

This place was perfect for our group of 7 people. Lisa and Paolo were wonderful hosts and very responsive. They also arranged for us to be transported to/from the airport, which went very smoothly. We walked to the Vatican (very close) and easily took an uber to other locations. If you stay here, you should also eat at Goose Restaurant, which is right around the corner (just across the street). We ate their twice because we loved it so much!

Great Place for a Large Group

Paolo's apartment worked out well for our family of ten people. He was easy to contact and was responded quickly to questions. The apartment is quite large and could have comfortably accommodated twelve. Having two washing machines and a dryer was a great benefit. Having three showers was a blessing. The location, near the Vatican, was a little off of the tourist path but only caused our walks to be slightly longer. No big deal. Trastevere was only about a 15-20 minute walk. On the plus side, the train station is located directly across the street so if you need to travel, you are only a few meters away. Another benefit is that Goose restaurant is located only one block away. The food and the service were so good that we ate there three nights. Goose was a recommendation from Paolo, by the way. One night, we ate on the large patio in Paolo's apartment. While the decor could use some updating, everything was clean. Overall, I would stay there again especially if I was part of a large group. Thanks, Paolo.

Tanto a Lisa como o Paolo são ótimos no atendimento e nas solicitações, apartamento muito bem organizado e grande para caber um grupo de 13 pessoas tranquilamente. Bem localizado e de fato fica uns 7 minutos andando para a Basílica de São Pedro.

Family pilgrimage

We had a group of 4 families from our church stay here and it was a great experience. Lisa was great at check in and the property was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our needs. We made the short walk to St. Peter's every morning and took advantage of bus lines as well. We'll definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Fantastic Property in a Great Location

Six of us stayed in here for three nights and had plenty of privacy. It was surprisingly very quiet despite the closeness of the road traffic and metro. The unit is within a larger building and we felt protected and safe. Great dining options within minutes walking. We would stay here again.

Great location

Lisa was very helpful and met us on arrival. Everything was clean and lots of room for our big group. Great location, lots of yummy restaurants close by, and walking distance to Basilica and Vatican. Bus station is right around the corner and 15 min ride to the Colosseum. It is a bit noisy on the one side since the street is right there along with the train. Not much you can do about that, bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Great spot for bigger group

We had 3 other couples stay with us for our little Roman wedding at the Vatican nearby. It was perfect, quiet and well appointed. The hosts were super helpful and responsive and made some great restaurant recommendations. I would 100% stay again!
