Modern 2-bed house has everything you need for your London trip. The unit comes with free parking and laptop-friendly workspace. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient private bathroom, kitchen & living room. House is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bus routes. An ideal base to explore London.

House is in a quiet residential area.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Séjour mitigé
L'emplacement est proche d'un arrêt de bus et d'une station de métro. L'appartement laisse une impression mitigée. les chambres sont grandes et confortables et la literie est agréable. Par contre la cuisine et la salle de bain semblent un peu à l'abandon. La cuisine est équipée moyennement pour 4 personnes : 1 petite table pour manger tout juste à deux, vaisselles au strict minimum, pas de cafetière électrique et le jardin est laissé à l'abandon, on ne peut pas en profiter. La salle de bain n'est également pas très propre, le rideau de douche était sale et le pommeau de douche étant absent, il a fallu se débrouiller avec le pommeau de douche de pluie qui était également cassé. C'est dommage, cet appartement pourrait avoir du potentiel. Convenable pour un court séjour pour 2 personnes mais pour 8 nuits c'est trop juste.

The location is perfect if you bring your car, but also want to spend some days in London. Kitchen and bathroom need a make-over, but are functional. Same goes for the garden.

Perfect week in London
The flat is in a great location within walking distance to Surrey Quays and Canada Water. Spacious and clean. Lot's of good take-away places. Near a Tesco and a Lidl.

Lage ist ok, ruhig. Der Preis ist ok für London. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Die Doppelbetten sind zu schmal. Das Mobiliar ist einfach und alt. Die Dusche ist ein Rinnsaal und man kann das Wasser nur seitlich, aber nicht von oben nutzen. Eine Antwort auf die Bitte nach 2 weiteren Bettlaken gab es nicht. WiFi ging zeitweise nicht, nach Reset war es wieder möglich.
