Soggiorno di coppia

L'appartamento cocaletto è situato in una buona posizione, facile da raggiungere e comodo per visitare le varie spiagge di Rovigno. Il centro dista 10 minuti in macchina dall'appartamento. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e l'appartamento era pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. Ci siamo trovati molto bene nel complesso. La zona è molto tranquilla. Sicuramente torneremo!

Klein und Gemütlich

Cocaletto liegt nur 5 min vom Campingplatz Vestar entfernt, und in ca. 10 min ist man in Rovinj (wunderschöne Stadt). Das Zimmer war top, alles sauber. Mitte der Woche gab es frische Handtücher (ohne Anfrage). Vor der Eingangstür gibt es eine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Trotz nur 12° Außentemperatur im April war das Zimmer schön warm. Das Badezimmer ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr klein. Der Grillplatz unten vor dem Haus konnte ohne Probleme genutzt werden. Kommunikation ging sehr gut auf Englisch, deutsch ist aber auch möglich. Alles in allem sehr freundliche und nette Besitzer, die unten im Haus wohnen, aber keineswegs aufdringlich sind.

Small but good little apartment

Lovely little "mini" apartment, which was perfect. Small but quite spacious, the kitchen seemed nearly new, comfy bed and good wifi. The hosts were really helpful and very kind. Not much not to like, but if anything it's a bit out of the way, but if you plan to travel the area by car or bike it's not a problem - as was the case for me.

L’appartamento è carino, con cucina attrezzata, pulito e confortevole. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la signora che lo gestisce è molto gentile! Parla poco italiano ma ci si capisce. Molto carino che fuori ci sia un tavolino con poltroncine per rilassarsi la sera e un comodo stendino per far asciugare costumi e asciugamani. Consigliato! :)

Wohlfühlen wie Zuhause 🏠🙌🏽

Waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, man fühlte sich wie Zuhause, es war sehr ruhig und man fühlte sich nicht beobachtet. Die Vermieter waren super nett und zuvorkommend, würden jederzeit wieder kommen👍🏽 In 5 min war man mit dem Auto in Rovinj, parkten immer an einem öffentlichen, kostenlosen Parkplatz von dem man in 10min zu Fuß im Zentrum war.. also perfekt 👌🏽😎☀️

il problema più rilevante è l’eccessiva distanza dal centro storico e dal mare, poi ci sonoche sul lato pulizia, segnalo inoltre la completa mancanza di sopporto logistico e informativo da parte del gestore della struttura che avrebbe aiutato non poco a migliorare il soggiorno, concludo con il segnalare la quasi totale mancanza di privacy dovuta al fatto che per accedere al monolocale affittato bisogna necessariamente passare per il portico usato dalla proprietaria per mangiare in continuazione con i suoi numerosi amici e parenti, da non dimenticare poi che le foto visualizzate sul sito non sono perfettamente corrispondenti al locale assegnato, probabilmente vengono usate le foto dell’appartamento in condizioni più performanti per raggirare alcuni clienti in buona fede, l’unico vero vantaggio è il parcheggio auto gratuito, ma solo nel caso si riesca a trovare posto lontano dalle piante che depositano resina sulla carrozzeria, il mio consiglio è di evitare assolutamente questa struttura per non rovinarsi la vacanza.
