Not happy we paid so much for a dump. Mattress was 50 years old. Only had half roll of toilet paper

It was quiet. Great location.

We didn’t receive check-in instructions and telephoned upon arrival. The key was a few blocks away at another property. There were no towels in the room. We based our selection on the need to do laundry during this visit and the apartment advertised this feature; the wash was fine but we ran the dryer for over four hours (yes we did empty a very full lint trap) and we had to pack damp clothes when we checked out.

It was underwhelming in many ways, there were crumbs on the table, food and dirt in corners of room

Location was great.

Very run down. Mattress was 50 years old. Had the old creaky springs. We old had a half roll of toilet paper. No TV service. Wifi didn't work. You could connect but it didn't give you Internet. Floor was coming apart. Walls we're chipped and dented, even had holes all the way through. Didn't send any info on check in. We had to call and they made us walk to an office three blocks away. The key drop where we left our key was not secure. Others could get out key after we left. Pictures were deceiving as it contained pictures from some of there other properties, so it made it look better than it was. The wall and ceiling in the hall you use to access the room had water damage with mold. They even had a huge bin out to collect the water. They provided ear plugs. That was a first for us and a red flag. The location is great, but we paid more for this night stay than any other stay in Scotland and it was a dump. Do not stay here.
