Could be better

This property could be lovely but it lacked facilities for the number of people staying. There were not 6 seats in lounge (and advert says it can sleep 8). One small frying pan and small saucepans are not enough for 6/8. The house was clean except the grill pan which was filthy and had not been cleaned. I expected a fully equipped kitchen but there was no corkscrew/very cheap cutlery and no binbags. These are so easily fixed. The keys are is also very temperamental, some days it could take over 5 mins to open it. This either needs fixing or replacing.

Thank you for your valuable feedback Rebecca, Following your comments we have addressed all the kitchen utilities and Grill pan issues and currently in the process of adding additional seating on the ground floor area. We have a 24/7 help line including WhatsApp that I wish you had used as we would have rectified a lot of your issues within a few hours notice. We encourage regular communication with our guests to ensure all problems are eradicated quickly and to see if anything else is needed. For overseas guests, we can also arrange for all check in details to be sent early to fit around flights etc so they are received in time for the arrival day.
